The property itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but the overall experience fell short of what I would expect from a traditional resort. It feels less like a conventional resort and more like renting someone else’s vacation property, with a timeshare-like atmosphere. Check-in was somewhat cumbersome, and getting around the property and accessing the various amenities was unnecessarily complicated. The shuttle system requires reservations for each trip, which made getting from one area to another feel inconvenient rather than relaxing. Unfortunately, the service was another area that could use significant improvement. The front desk staff we encountered came across as discourteous and seemed bothered when we had questions. The resort also partners with an outside company to manage several of the restaurants and the pool, and our experience with the pool staff—particularly the servers—was disappointing. Service felt slow and unmotivated, which took away from what should have been a relaxing pool experience. Overall, the property is attractive, but the service, logistics, and overall resort experience did not live up to our expectations. We expected more and ultimately felt that the property did not deliver the level of service or convenience we anticipated.

Quarto e camas pequenas. Pequeno almoço fraco e as 10:40 já começavam a dizer que tinhamos que terminar. Uma funcionária mt antipatica que parecia a chefe de todos que tanto estava no pequeno-almoço como no bar. Amazing hotel. The best in Alvor at a completely different level. Superb pool area no rushing for sunbeds and pools x 3 are amazing. Right on the beach front this place is and the most chilled experience for a holiday. Will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel and fantastic surroundings close to the beach and marina (with many restaurants, shops, bars, gelaterias). Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is fantastic. Rooms are spacious with lovely linen and towels.

Amazing stay. Beautiful grounds, incredible food and lovely staff.
